The scorpion is a symbol of immortality and growth because it molts and sheds its shell during growth. There is a cyclical nature to death and rebirth, and it is important to shed the shell when growing up.
Pliny the Elder, a Roman physician, recorded that "if you are stung by scorpion venom, mix the ashes of a scorpion with wine and drink it for its antidote effect.
It has been discovered that it is very effective in killing bacteria and Staphylococcus aureus that have become resistant to drugs. The wisdom of ancient Rome is immeasurable.
Scorpions are effective as a talisman only when they are poisonous, and so today we have sprinkled onyx (a stone that seems to symbolize protection against evil) and rhodolite garnet. The color of the stone looks like only black for a moment from a distance, but in fact, it is quietly ticking a rhythm.
